Vamoos’ GPX tracks allows travellers to visualise their route before they’ve even left the house, and helps them to navigate while they’re out exploring. Whether they’re driving, cycling, hiking – or even island hopping – GPX tracks simplifies their journey from start to finish. The best part? Tracks are available offline and can be downloaded in advance of a trip, so there’s no chance of travellers getting lost in the wilderness!

 

Bridge the language barrier with Multilingual

 

Ever wished you could provide important information to your clients in their native language? Now, with Vamoos’ Multilingual feature, you can! The Vamoos Travel App supports 9 different languages, from French and Spanish, to German and Norwegian – and you can also add content in any language you wish. Photobook is a handy post-travel tool, perfect for adding that extra ‘wow’ to your clients’ journey. These images can be printed as a coffee-table book, allowing travellers to reminisce after they’ve return home. Personalise group trips with ease

 

It’s time to say goodbye to one-size-fits-all travel plans! Using Personalisation, a handy new feature for the Vamoos platform, you can effortlessly tailor group trips for individuals. Want to share an invoice with only the lead booker? Easy. Travellers with different departure dates? Not a problem – only show travellers the flight details that apply to them! Personalisation lets you tailor documents, flight information and itinerary details for each person, meaning group travel has never been simpler!

Sync trip history across devices

 

Using Vamoos’ Single Sign-On feature, your clients can effortlessly access information about previous trips across all devices. Whether they’re using a phone, tablet or another device, travellers can enjoy seamless access to their entire travel history at the touch of a button. Sound complicated? Not at all! Here’s how it works: travellers log into the Vamoos Travel App using their email address and a unique traveller profile will be generated for them, automatically syncing their data!

What’s more, if you add your clients’ emails to the Vamoos portal, Vamoos will automatically select the correct trip for them when they open the app. No hassle, no fuss! Remember – Single Sign-On is completely optional, so your clients can still use their  User ID and Passcode if they prefer.

Save time using templates

 

Trip creation just got a whole lot easier! Instead of starting from scratch, save time by setting up trip templates, which can be cloned again and again. Simply tap the ‘duplicate’ button and your trip details will be copied across in seconds. Even tailormade tour operators can reap the benefits, by duplicating trips, preserving the core elements and customising the finer details. Drastically simplify the itinerary building process and give yourself more time to focus on what matters most: crafting unforgettable travel experiences for your clients.

Guess what? We haven’t just added new features to Vamoos, we’ve upgrade existing ones too! From enhanced flight data to increased map capabilities, here’s what we’ve improved to make your experience using the Vamoos Travel App even more effortless.

 

Upgraded notifications

 

Vamoos’ Notifications are a great way to keep travellers informed when there are changes to their trip – and the new-and-improved feature is now better than ever. Now you can auto-apply messages to all of your trips; think feedback forms, welcome notifications, last-minute alerts – the possibilities are endless! Plus, if you’re more focused on the finer details, you can use the newly-improved Notifications feature to add a personal touch to your trips. Client’s birthday? Why not craft a bespoke ‘Happy Birthday’ notification for that particular trip. After all, it’s the little things that keep your clients coming back for more!

 

Improved flight tracking

 

Attention – this is your captain speaking! We’ve upgraded to a new flight data provider, meaning flight alerts are more reliable than ever. Take the turbulence out of travel with live flight updates, delivered directly to your client’s phone. When it’s time to check in, or there’s a change to their gate, they’ll be the first to know, with Vamoos flight hub. The days of airport chaos are long gone!

 

Increased map capabilities

 

Exciting news – Vamoos interactive maps are packed with more results than ever before, making it easier to share key locations with your clients. Empower travellers to explore their holiday destination by providing restaurant recommendations, activities suggestions and notable sightseeing spots – everything they could ever need to explore with confidence. Update documents in bulk

 

You’ve heard of bulk actions, now get ready for… bulk updates from your library! Need to update a document included in multiple trips, like a list of FAQs? Simply make the changes via the library, press save, and the documents will be updated across all of your trips – now that’s effortless.

Say hello to Imsert – an AI-powered picture recommendation tool that takes the hassle out of image selection in the Vamoos Storyboard. The intuitive AI tool significantly reduces the time it takes to create stunning travel itineraries by simplifying a key time-consuming process – image sourcing. By learning from your previous image usage, Imsert recommends relevant images for future itinerary creation. As Amelia explained, Imsert is an optional tool, but it’s here to help you create exceptional trips with ease.

Grammarly is a free-to-use AI tool, and a perfect companion to Vamoos’ itinerary builder. Want to fine-tune your client’s itinerary? Make your writing shorter, more descriptive, less formal – the choice is yours!
